rumen_minkovski

Rumen Minkovski works at Partners Bulgaria Foundation since its establishment. He takes part in the organisation’s projects in the field of mediation, interethnic interaction, and child protection.

Rumen works as a researcher, consultant, trainer, evaluator and project manager. He is a licensed mediator and mediation trainer.

Rumen is currently acting director and senior trainer at the Foundation

Milka Koshtrova graduated Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Sofia University in 1987 and she is currently working as a psychologist at “Mitropolit Avksentii Veleshki” Primary School in Samokov. Milka has a long professional experience in working with children, delivering trainings and coordinating projects.

She is part of Partners Bulgaria Foundation team, working within the following programmes:
2000−2003 − Together for Tomorrow Programme, coordinator;
2004−2007 – Interethnic Interaction Programme, coordinator;
2008−2010 – Positive Approach to Working with Children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Programme

Lora Lalova works at Partners Bulgaria Foundation since October 2010 as a coordinator of the regional Child Trafficking Response Programme, Phase III (2009−2011).

In 2006 Lora obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in Heidelberg and in 2009 – her Master’s Degree in European Studies at the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Her professional experience in the private and non-governmental sector is in the field of project management and corporate training delivery.

Rumen Mihailov graduated D.A. Tsenov Academy in Svishtov in 1982. He is currently the CEO of “ACCEPT – Rumen Mihailov”.

Rumen has a long professional experience as an accountant at Partners Bulgaria Foundation, where he works since the establishment of the Foundation.

He manages the accounting of all projects ran by Partners Bulgaria Foundation.

Veronica Kozareva graduated Sofia University with two Bachelor’s Degrees, i.e. in Primary and Pre-school Pedagogy and Foreign Language and Cultural Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Early Foreign Language Education. Since 2010 Veronica is a PhD candidate at the Pre-school Pedagogy Faculty with specialisation in Theory of Education and Didactics.

Veronica has a 5-year long professional experience as an English language teacher to primary and pre-school children and chief methodologist in early foreign language education. Since September 2009 Veronica is part of Partners Bulgaria Foundation team as a consultant.
